Through our arrival Bronze meet and greet service at DXB airport, you will be able to experience Fast Track Immigration without any greeter. All the names will appear on the screen, check your name as you will have to reach the immigration counter on your own. Upon reaching the counter, you will meet one of the staff members, who will quickly assist you through all the essential airport formalities.
Silver Meet & Greet Service- Arrival
Through our Silver Meet and Greet Service on arrival at Dubai International Airport, you will be welcomed by our friendly representative/greeter at the arrival gate with a placard, who will help you through the immigration formalities. The greeter will also assist you with your luggage collection along with a porter to make your journey much easier and more relaxing. After all the formalities are done, the greeter will guide you to the exit and help you reach the taxi or the receiving party.
Gold Meet & Greet Service- Arrival
With our Arrival Gold Meet and Greet service at Dubai International Airport, our polite greeter will welcome the guest at the arrival gate with a placard. Once the guest approaches the greeter, he will help the guest gain access to the lounge. Here, guests can enjoy complimentary light refreshments and receive assistance with immigration formalities. Once all formalities have been completed, the greeter will guide the guest to the luggage collection area and help the guest with luggage collection along with a porter. Lastly, the greeter will direct the guest through the exit of the airport to the parking area where they can get a taxi or handover to the receiving party..(No Lounge in Terminal 2)
Platinum Meet & Greet Service- Arrival
Our Arrival Platinum Meet and Greet service at Dubai International Airport includes receiving guests at the arrival gate. Upon arrival, the greeter takes the guest to the fast-track immigration line to complete the immigration formalities. The guest is then taken to the lounge to get some rest and enjoy refreshments. From the gate, a porter will accompany the guests and while the porter collects the luggage, the greeter drops off the guests at the car waiting for them or, if booked as a complimentary service, the driver will drive them to the hotel. Buggy service is only available in areas where the airport authorities approve it. In order to guarantee a transfer to the airport, please book 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the transfer service will be based on availability.
